Distinctive Characteristics

Golden Link is the third theosophical school established in the Philippines. Our educational philosophy is rooted in three sources: the educational teachings of J. Krishnamurti, the Self-Transformation Seminar, and theosophical teachings on human nature and destiny.

Our History

2002

Foundation Established

Golden Link College Foundation was established by the Theosophical Order of Service Foundation Philippines and the Theosophical Society in the Philippines. Starting from a community preschool in northern Caloocan City with approximately 1,300 square meters of land.

Early Years

Building Our Campus

The first two buildings were donated by Blue Bell Foundation. An extension building was funded by MS Foundation of France, followed by a fourth extension funded by a private corporation. The sixth construction was partly funded by TOS USA - Kern Foundation grant.

2016

Senior High School Program

Introduction of senior high school program in the Philippines. The government offered scholarships in private high schools, which substantially helped the operational finances of the school.

2018

Sunshine Learning Center Integration

The earliest school established, Sunshine Learning Center, was converted into a branch of Golden Link College, expanding our reach and impact in the community.

2019

Growth and International Expansion

Reached 760 students across all levels. GLC assisted in establishing Adyar Theosophical Academy in Chennai, India. Affiliate schools Philippine Lumen School and Alesna Integrated School adopted the Golden Link system, while GLC Bohol Campus was opened.

Converted to GLC branch in 2018

Adyar Theosophical Academy - Chennai, India

Established 2019 at the Theosophical Society headquarters, expanding to high school level

Teacher Training Program

Teachers from branches and affiliate schools receive comprehensive training at our main campus, ensuring consistency in our unique educational approach across all locations.

  • Training duration: 2 months to 1 year depending on needs
  • Accommodation and meals provided by main campus
  • Honorarium provided during training period
  • Teachers trained in Self-Transformation Seminar for self-awareness and personal integration
